Abstract
The Q-VM is the H-rung routing layer of the R-C-H-O OS. Its Sp(2)≅Spin(5) structure enforces the Topological Diode (causal DAG via non-commutativity) and acts as a backscatter valve at the C/O boundary. The su(2)_L⊕su(2)_R⊕su(2)_spin decomposition connects to Penrose twistors and TRS vorton dynamics.
